Browns 3-Round Mock Draft

I used PFF’s mock draft simulator to craft this mock draft.

Round 1, Pick 2: WR/CB Travis Hunter, Colorado

Travis Hunter is one of the most explosive playmakers ever out of college. The two-way star has drawn comparisons to Charles Woodson and Deion Sanders, but Hunter has logged much more play time on the offensive side of the ball than them. Browns GM Andrew Berry was asked about the former Heisman playing both sides, and while the consensus around the NFL is that Hunter is a CB-first, the Browns believe he is a WR-first, but that does not limit his chances of playing corner at the next level. Travis Hunter has elite ball skills that will fit right in with the receiver room and CB room immediately.

Round 1, Pick 24 (mock trade with Minnesota): QB Shedeur Sanders, Colorado

The Browns receive: 2025 1st Round Pick (24)

The Vikings receive: 2025 2nd Round Pick (33)

2025 6th Round Pick (192)

2025 6th Round Pick (216)

If Shedeur Sanders falls to this pick during the draft, the Cleveland Browns should and will call. Minnesota only holds four picks in this upcoming draft, so moving from 33 to 24 shouldn't cost Cleveland too much. This is a no-brainer. Shedeur Sanders is a perfect fit for Kevin Stefanski; he played in a similar scheme in college, is safe with the ball, and has a decent pocket presence. Pairing the Colorado products together could make for an enjoyable future.

Round 3, pick 67: RB Quinshon Judkins, Ohio State

The Browns are reportedly returning to the wide-zone scheme in 2025, and the question marks surrounding Nick Chubb's future make me believe that the Browns will go RB early. I still think Nick Chubb is a Brown in 2025, but adding a young back to ease the pressure of Chubb returning to form is a must. Judkins has the potential to be a 3-down back at the next level, and his ability to break tackles and hit the second level could be a perfect match for this Browns offense.

Round 3, pick 94: OT Wyatt Milum, West Virginia

The Browns’ offensive line was once among the best in the game, but cracks have emerged with the failure of the Deshaun Watson experiment. Dawand Jones has yet to solidify himself as a franchise left tackle, and Jack Conklin’s injury history has left the right side vulnerable. Wyatt Milum steps in at Pick 94 to shore up the trenches for the future. He can start at tackle or slide inside to guard, offering flexibility as the Browns protect their new QB and pave lanes for the backs. If Milum’s still on the board this late, it’s a steal for Cleveland. His 2024 performance could push him higher, but at 94, he’s a value pick with immediate impact potential.
