Late Thursday, the Browns elected to hire New York Giants asst. quarterbacks coach Christian Jones, as their newly appointed tight ends coach.

A young coach, Jones joins the Browns after working with the Giants quarterbacks for the past three seasons! Jones started his career in 2017 as a graduate assistant at his alma mater (Northwestern University), where he primarily worked with the offensive line. He got his start in the NFL in 2019 with the Minnesota Vikings under current Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski as an offensive quality control coach (later promoted to asst. wide receivers from 2020-2021). Overall, an interesting hire to the staff, but he is a young rising coach in the profession!
Jones's coaching career (per New York Giants Website)
