The Browns recently announced the hiring/role changes of 8 position coaches.

Christian Jones - Previously with the New York Giants, he has been hired as the Tight Ends coach. His experience with multiple positions will help provide even more insight on this already experienced staff. He served as an offensive assistant in 2022 and then as assistant quarterbacks coach from 2023-24 with the Giants. Prior to New York, Jones spent three seasons with the Minnesota Vikings (2019-21) and current Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski, the first as an offensive quality control coach and two seasons as an assistant wide receivers coach.

Sanders Davis - Coming from Rice University, he’s now following his former head coach, Mike Bloomgren, to become an Assistant Offensive Line coach. He served as the OL coach from 2020-2024.

Kyle Hoke - From Texas A&M, he joins as an Assistant Special Teams coach. Hoke provides a plethora of experience from his 10+ years of coaching. Texas A&M (2024), San Diego State (2020-23), Indiana State (2019), Texas State (2018), John Carroll (2017), South Carolina (2015-16), Army (2014) and Western Michigan (2012-13).

Adam Morris - A former assistant at the University at Buffalo before joining as an Assistant Defensive Line coach. His transition from college to NFL coaching could bring innovative defensive schemes. He formerly had stops at Ball State (2023), Eastern Illinois (2021-22) and DePauw (2020

Ben Wilkerson - Previously with the New York Jets as an assistant OL coach, he’s now accepting the same position in Cleveland. He served as the assistant offensive line coach with the Jets (2022-24), Giants (2018-21) and Bears (2015-17) prior to accepting his latest job.

Bill Musgrave - His role has changed to Quarterbacks coach. With his extensive experience, he’ll be key in developing the new quarterback rooms skills. He has over 25 years of experience as an offensive coach, serving as an NFL offensive coordinator for 11 seasons with six teams (Philadelphia, Carolina, Jacksonville, Minnesota, Oakland and Denver).

Stephen Bravo-Brown - Bravo-Brown has been on staff with the Browns since 2020, where he served as defensive quality control coach and three seasons as special teams assistant (2022-24). Bravo-Brown has moved to Assistant Wide Receivers coach. His role change indicates a focus on enhancing the skills of the wide receivers, leveraging his previous experience as a WR coach. Bravo-Brown spent 2019 as Missouri State's wide receivers coach and served as a graduate assistant coach and worked with wide receivers at Wake Forest from 2017-18 after joining the program in 2016 as an offensive quality control coach.

Nick Charlton - Charlton joined the staff in 2024 as an offensive assistant/run game specialist, now serving as a pass game specialist. Charlton will look to help revive this poor passing game in 2025 with his past experience as UConn's assistant head coach/offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach. Charlton also spent seven seasons (2015-21) as a coach at Maine in various offensive roles before serving as head coach from 2019-21
